Darker Side of the Moonshine

46% abv / 750 ml / $50

The exact same recipe as our Dark Side of the Moonshine – but double-distilled, then aged in charred new American oak. The nose of walnuts, smoke and caramel gives way to a long, smooth finish of baking spices and toasty oak. It looks, smells, and tastes like a bourbon.

All of our products will be available to taste and buy - including Gin Twenty-One, Blackstrap, and Dark Side of the Moonshine. To celebrate the holiday season, Dark Side of the Moonshine will go on sale at $50 / bottle as well!

We will be distilling that day, so you've got the chance to see spirits being made. Light snacks will be served, and you're encouraged to admire our shiny new mash tun/stripping still.
