On July 26th, Snakes & Lattes College will host a Learn to Play session and friendly tournament for the 2011 hit King of Tokyo.

Richard Garfield’s (of Magic: the Gathering and Netrunner fame) King of Tokyo is a fantastically action packed, dice rolling, monster crushing brawl. Chose between six towering beasts, including Meka Dragon, The Kraken or Cyber Bunny, fighting to be the champion of the city.

At 6:30 we will be hosting a Learn to Play session for players to learn the ropes before the main event at 7:00. Gameplay will happen over 5 rounds, and the top three records over the night will win $5, $10 and $20*!

6:30pm Learn to Play begins 7:00pm registration and tournament begins

Admission includes one draught beer or wine, or non-alcoholic beverage

Tickets are $11.95+HST advance in store or online, $12.95+HST at the door
