King Catering Caribbean Holiday Pop-Up Taster
Join us at the King Catering Caribbean Holiday Pop-Up Taster for 5 courses of Caribbean cuisine: Callaloo Soup, Tropical Bruschetta, Braised Jerk Pork Ravioli, Deep Fried Breadfruit with Spicy Trini Meatball, and Coconut Sorrel Mousse. DJ Jay Dunaway will be playing hip hop, top 40, reggae, old-school tunes, and more - something for everyone. Stay at Ballet for the after-party, as Ballet transitions into a nightclub, complete with Burlesque Dancers taking the stage at 11:45 pm.
