The debut feature from writer-director Emmanuel Shirinian is a dark comedy-drama that tells the story of a lonely graveyard-shift doorman named Abner (Michael D. Cohen). Once an accomplished sculptor and college art teacher, he is now a shadow of his former self, heartbroken over an unresolved conflict with his brother over a woman he once loved, and still haunted by a terrible car accident a year previously that took the life of the young woman in the other vehicle. Consumed with guilt and entertaining thoughts of suicide, Abner has his life magically transformed when he meets free-spirited young taxi driver Zoe (Emma Fleury), and embarks upon a quest to redeem himself and quiet the demons of his past.
