North America's largest documentary film festival is back April 23 - May 3.

An outstanding selection of 210 documentaries from 44 countries will be featured at this year’s Hot Docs, running April 23 to May 3.

The Festival will opens with the international premiere of directors Kristina Goolsby and Ashley York’s TIG (USA, 2014, 95 min), a testament to comedian Tig Notaro’s defiant spirit and incredible humour in the face of adversity.
