Last year we were complaining about the longest campaign in Canadian political history; it lasted just four months.

Now, what certainly feels like the longest, most tedious, and dare we say, braggattrocious, campaign in American history is finally coming to a close. Is it a cause for celebration? Maybe? Probably? Not really? Who knows!

Whatever your take on the spectacle engulfing our neighbors south of 49, we, as good neighbours to the north, should probably watch this chapter come to a close.
