Join Girls Rock Camp Toronto for our first showcase concert of 2014 at the Tranzac, Sunday July 20 at 3pm! Doors open at 2:30 and the show starts promptly at 3. Show up early!
Check out Toronto's finest new talent as they perform original songs created in only five days with their rock camp bands.
All ages! Suggested donation of $5 for kids, $10 for adults.
Girls Rock Camp Toronto is a volunteer based organization that builds self esteem through music creation. Female musicians offer music instruction and coach the bands during band practices. We provide a safe space for girls aged 8-16 to learn instruments, write songs, and rock out on stage. No previous music experience is necessary!
At Girls Rock Camp Toronto we help girls find their voices through unique programming that combines music education and performance; empowerment and social justice workshops; positive role models, and collaboration and leadership skill building.
