See the big potential in tiny farms! Join TAS and Fresh City for a FREE documentary screening of the FOOD FIGHTERS on Thursday, September 4th at The Farm Lot, 369 King Street West. The independent film takes you up close and personal with small businesses like Fresh City and the West End Food Co-op, who are working together to create alternatives to large-scale food production in Toronto. Beer by Steam Whistle, fresh fruit from Berryfresh Fruit Co. and snacks will be available for purchase.

A collaboration between TAS, Fresh City, Berryfresh Fruit Co. and The Detox Market, The Farm Lot, a unique green space in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District, aims to remind people about the many places available to grow food in the city.
