Gallery 1313, located at 1313 Queen Street West, will be hosting the 15th annual Fantasy Fashion Show on May 23rd, from 7:00 to 11:00PM. The money raised will go towards the gallery’s operating budget for programming and outreach so that it can keep the non-profit creative space open to the public. This runway fusion of wearable art blends art and fashion and has been a crowd pleaser for all attending since 1998.

This event will have about 16 designers and artists display a wide range of wearable fashion pieces down the runway. The participants occasionally incorporate performance and create wear that pushes the envelope on fashion and gives artists an opportunity to delve into fashion that has something to say and is quite often unpredictable. The show keeps the audience on its toes.
