We're pulling out all the stops and breaking the bank to fly the legendary Space Lady in from San Francisco for her Toronto debut. She's been performing her unique brand of interstellar pop music on the streets of SF, Boston, and Denver since the 70s. British label Night School Records reissued her "Greatest Hits" LP last year, prompting widespread global obsession. There hasn't been an artist who's turned a repertoire of predominantly covers into such an idiosyncratic and amazing oeuvre since Karen Dalton or, if we're being generous, the Gories. She recently completed an insanely successful club tour of the UK. We are so excited to be hosting her.
