RBC and the Canadian Art Foundation invite you to view the works shortlisted for the 2016 RBC Canadian Painting Competition. The special exhibit taking place at The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery brings together all 15 paintings for a unique look at Canada’s top emerging artists.

RBC’s support of the arts has been a long-standing priority and by recognizing and nurturing the careers of local artists we can help communities prosper. Developed through RBC’s Emerging Artists Project, the competition helps young Canadian artists confidently navigate their path to success with over $85,000 in prizing, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
