People have been asking us to do a BLOWUP in the Summer instead of just doing our annual Christmas party for many years now, but the timing just never felt right... Well... this Summer the timing not only feels right... we think it's pretty much perfect.

On August 30th, 1994 an LP was released that not only shaped the future of the BLOWUP, but also directly or indirectly shaped the future of many of our lives... sounds grandiose we know... but really... this record did that.. and we are the proof.

DEFINITELY MAYBE by OASIS

was a ground-breaker and not only spawned a whole new genre, but also spawned at least 10,000 bands some good some bad that all wanted to make a record like it

To pay our respects to this LP on its 20th anniversary properly, we've decided to throw a special little BLOWUP Summer Social on Saturday, August 30th at THE BRISTOL 1087 Queen St. W.

The party will feature long-time BLOWUP DJ's: BANGERS & MASH yep, both Trevor & Darrell! and DAVY LOVE. With a few surprises too ;

Advance tickets which will probably be free or $5 max will be strictly limited to UNDER 100 and full information as to how you can get one of those tickets will be made here shortly.
