Friends & fam we have Great news!!

Blockobana will be in the park again this year weather permitting. We began this celebration of queer and trans love in 2010 and we are thrilled to be back for another year!

We aim to spend the day celebrating Caribana weekend and the Caribbean and African diaspora! All are welcome!

Please feel free to bring picnic items, beverages non alcoholic and lime with us in the sun but please be aware that all trash must be cleared from the park before we leave.

we hope to grow blockobana through the years as a corner stone to a queer caribana weekend.

We are grateful to the help of Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention Black CAP in acquiring the space and partnering with us. They will be on hand the day of with information and more.

This event is not affiliated with Pride Toronto. As always it is free, and the park is accessible. There is some limited seating and some shaded areas.
