Before you play this game filled with creatures and ghouls

Take a seat friends and let me tell you the rules.

Rule number one is to always play nice

To see who begins you must first role the dice.

The player who roles the upper most score

Will be the first one to land on the board.

The winner's the first one to reach the last square

But Beware of the Beast and try not to get scared.

When you land on a beast's square that is green

Take a trip up the board to scope out the scene.

When you land on a beast's square that is red

Travel down the board, a heart filled with dread.

Then once you've reached the end of the game

Shake your friend's hand, and try again.
