TIN PAN NORTH Songwriters Festival, Toronto May 26-28, 2016

The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) – Toronto Chapter, is hosting their seventeenth annual songwriters’ event, May 26-28, at various venues throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). See performances by over 40 talented songwriters, performing their songs and sharing the story behind the song. Mark these dates, you don’t miss three nights of great music of songs in its raw and original form.

Headliners include Small Town Pistols & Steve Wilkinson aka The Wilkinsons, with two #1 songs in Canada including US hit "26 Cents", 11 CCMA awards, 1 Juno Award,2015 CMAO Single of the Year for Small Town Pistols "I Only Smoke When I Drink". Gil Grand, 2003 CCMA Independent Male Artist of the Year, Numerous Top 40 hits including "Famous First Words". Other confirmed headliners include Marshall Dane, Jason Barry, Benita Hill, Genevieve Fisher, Brea Lawrenson, & Lisa McCallum.

Songwriters showcases are Thursday and Friday evenings, May 26 and 27, starting at 7:30 pm, at the Cadillac Lounge, Moonshine Café and the Clock ‘N’ Hen. The Gala Show is Saturday Evening, May 28, 7:30 pm at Hugh’s Room.
