Toronto Raptors Jose Calderon Chasing Free-throw Record

Toronto Raptors point guard Jose Calderon is chasing the NBA record for most consecutive free-throws. As of today, January 24th, he now sits at 83 in a row, 14 shy of tying the all-time record of 97, held by now retired Michael Williams of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Little known fact:
In 1999, Michael Williams played two games with the Toronto Raptors before retiring from the NBA.
