Zeytouna
Zeytouna can be found above Pho Orchid at the corner of Dundas and Chestnut streets downtown, just north of City Hall. It serves up halal Middle Eastern and Mediterranean favourites like shawarma, falafel, Lebanese shish tawook, stromboli and pide made in a wood-burning oven. For dessert, there's Middle Eastern rice pudding or homemade baklava. The service is friendly, the prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. What's not to like?
