Kobo Nobu
Kobo Nobu isn't your ordinary Japanese restaurant. Forget the sushi and maki, this is a cookhouse that serves free-range poultry, Mennonite pork and grass-fed beef. Masayuki, the main chef, won north Toronto's best chef in 2006. He serves up some mean, lean French-Japanese fusion cuisine.
