Dragon Dynasty offers a well rounded dim sum menu. Compared to some other places, the atmosphere here is almost calm. And the service is courteous. The restaurant can be found tucked on one side of the newly renovated Chartland Mall. Order the big shrimp rice rolls and short ribs in black bean sauce.
