I Hate Toronto Movie

Another movie about hating Toronto

About four years ago directors Rob Spence and Albert Nerenberg came out with a documentary called Let's All Hate Toronto. It was all the rave at Hot Docs and was also broadcast on CBC Newsworld. Today, it's archived and available for streaming in all its glory on the Hot Docs web site.

Now, comes a second film about hating Toronto - this one the more personal I Hate Toronto: A Love Story. Set to debut on September 9th at the Toronto Underground Cinema as part of the Toronto Independent Film Festival, this film features sex, suicide, tragedy and, uh, The Bloor Cinema.
