Things are really starting to heat up on the local film festival circuit. While Hot Docs, Images, the Toronto Singapore Film Festival and Reelworld are still one or more weeks away, this week sees three film festivals touching down in TO including the blogTO sponsored Female Eye Film Festival, Cinefranco and the Canadian Film Festival.
