On Wednesday the DEQ patio at the Ritz Carlton played host to a pre-festival tweet-up of bloggers, designers, DJs and others in the mood to tweet and talk cinema. There was a mini wine school, celeb-inspired food and cocktails and plenty of hashtags and smartphones providing the context for conversation.
