Guess what sports fans and bargain shoppers: I already know what you will be doing this Saturday. There will be a massive garage sale on September 9th from 8:00am to 2:00pm at High Park (192 Grenadier). This is a special event from which all of the proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

The great news is they are selling cool stuff like some autographed collectibles from the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors. There will also be baked goods (mmm...yummy), sporting goods, kitchen, housewares, toys, books, and other knick-knacks.

It's going to be a great event and if you are really lucky you might even see Carlton the Bear. Definitely take some time to stop by to take in some shopping, make a donation, or dump your junk for them to sell and make money for an incredibly worthwhile cause.
