Hello all!

Hope you're well. We've been enjoying a vacation in Europe, including a visit back to my homeland collecting a few new recipe ideas along the way. We thought it would be nice to have another Borrel ahead of the holiday season, so we're delighted to announce that we'll be returning to Hitch on Sunday, Dec. 13, to serve Dutch eats from 3-8 p.m.

Hitch 1216 Queen Street East is one of our favourite bars in the city and is located almost too conveniently around the corner from us. Last March, we hosted a Borrel there and it was a tremendous turnout an afternoon and atmosphere that embodied the Dutch concept of gezellig. So we hope you can take a break from your holiday shopping and join us for a drink and some warm comfort food.
