Yum Cha, a celebration of dumplings, steamed buns and spring rolls presented by Spotlight City Events, took place this past Saturday at Daniel's Spectrum in Regent Park. Now in its second year, the festival brought together an unlikely roster of vendors who served up innovative, non-traditional takes on dim sum that ranged from cheesesteak steamed buns to green tea doughnuts.
