Toronto is an amazing place to catch Halloween costumes in action. While not everyone can be bff's with a special effects artist, there's no shortage of costumes which obviously took weeks to plan and assemble. While good citizens who dress like freaks all year round watch in a mix of amusement and scorn, regular people flex their creativity on Halloween like no other time during the year. It's an incredible sight. From Rob Ford to Grumpy Cat (wait, aren't the dispositions of those two celebs kind of similar?) here are some of our favourite costumes we spotted this year.
