World Baseball Classic Toronto

World Baseball Classic in Photos

The dust has settled after six games in five days and the World Baseball Classic has left town, with the USA and Venezuela advancing to the next round. Canada's early exit was a major disappointment but there was no shortage of good baseball and good fun at the Rogers Centre the last several days. Unfortunately, after the first game featuring USA vs. Canada attendance hovered around the 10k mark, but I was impressed by the faithful Venezuelan fans who came out every time for their team.

I captured photos of some of the fun an exciting moments and even though it may go down as the round that could have been, I'll long remember the star-studded rosters, lone Cuban heckling several sections of Venezuelans and continue to curse $10 beers.
