farm boy toronto mouse

Mouse spotted scurrying inside Farm Boy in Toronto

It looks like humans aren't the only ones who are keen on taking advantage of Farm Boy's pre-made meals and farm-to-table produce.

A recent video shows an adorable (or gross, depending on where you stand) mouse scurrying around a Farm Boy location in Toronto just after closing hours on Monday.

Luckily no customers were present at the supermarket when the tiny mouse popped out, so no one experienced a jump scare as they were munching down on their dinner.

While almost every restaurant or supermarket has the potential to attract mice, all that matters is that the business stays on top of the issue in order to keep mass infestations at bay.

Lots of people on social media weren't too discouraged by the presence of the little mouse, and noted that Toronto seems to grapple with a rodent problem in general.

Others suggested that the "mouse with a bougie price point" was simply visiting the grocery store to stock up on some essentials.

It looks like the minuscule lone ranger was on the hunt for food crumbs without any friends or family, so customers likely don't need to worry about stepping over any mice during their grocery trips.
