toronto school cancellations

Toronto universities and schools cancelled ahead of winter snow storm

It's a snow day, students! Crawl back in bed and take another day to tidy up that essay you've been procrastinating on. Buses, schools, campuses, classes, tutorials—they're all cancelled today (for the most part).

The city is currently being hit with a ton of snow, and that's going to continue throughout the day. Toronto is also going to be inundated with ice, freezing rain, incredible winds, and just general winter storm vibes.

All TDSB and TCDSB schools are closed completely (they usually just cancel bus service) and other schools around the GTA are closed as well. York Region District School Board is open, but buses are not running.

York, Ryerson, OCAD, and U of T's Scarborough and Mississauga campuses are all closed. However, U of T St. George is open. George Brown, Seneca, Humber and Centennial College are also closed.

Enjoy your day off students, and use it to get some sleep. It's midterm season, after all.
