Toronto time-lapse

A Toronto time-lapse a year in the making

Okay, Toronto time-lapse lovers, here's another one for the collection. We've featured a whole bunch of these visual feasts over the last couple years — including the particularly dazzling Toronto Tempo by Ryan Emond — so it'd be fair to say that big-money skyline and rooftop shots don't scare us off.

This latest effort comes courtesy of Incite Visuals' Dirk Teunissen and took a year to put together. Composed of over 12,000 images, the production values are top-notch even if the motifs are getting a bit played out. But, hey, even if you're not sold on the whole in-your-face passage of time thing (there's even a watch!), there are still a few gorgeous sequences worthy of a gander. And if you like Florence and the Machine, then all the better.
