Toronto Cyclists Union's Big Adventure

"I wouldn't sell my bike for all the money in the world. Not for a hundred million, trillion, billion dollars!" -- Pee-Wee Herman, Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, 1985.

Join Pee-Wee tonight at The Bloor Cinema for a fundraiser screening in support of the new Toronto Cyclists Union, a membership-based organization formed by Dave Meslin that provides a unified voice for Toronto cyclists.

The screening of the Tim Burton classic will be supported by a live cast of locals (Ă la Rocky Horror Picture Show) including Sook-Yin Lee, Lex Vaughn and Gentelman Reg. Other participants will include members of The Hidden Cameras, Broken Social Scene, Apostle of Hustle and Kids on TV.

A second show has been added, so there's a 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. screening. Admission is $14 for an evening of fun and entertainment. The audience is encouraged to join in, so brush up on your movie quotes and come out to support cycling in Toronto.
