Green Toronto: Vert Catering

These days more people are looking to reduce the environmental impact of their weddings, conferences and other events. One Toronto caterer, Vert Catering, is benefiting greatly from this trend. They're popping up everywhere and are quickly becoming the caterer of choice for non-profits, green enterprises and even mining companies on Bay Street.

In Part 2 of the Green Toronto series, I met up with Pedro Dos Santos, Owner and Head Chef of Vert Catering to find out more about what makes them Toronto's greenest caterer. Watch the video below:
