Just when you thought Republican fundraisers were expernsive, word is some tables cost more than $200,000. At least they got cupcakes.

Three people were found stabbed to death at the Delta Chelsea Hotel late last night. No word yet on whether it was cupcake related.

Roy Halladay was injured in yesterday's 4-3 Blue Jay loss to the Angels making it all but official that the Jay won't be bringing home the Cy Young this year.

Spacing has the news that the city of Toronto wants to put zebra markings on all pedestrian crossovers at traffic lights and crosswalks. And that it might only take 20 years to finish the job.

The Toronto Sun says that blue bins might be replaced with new wheeled recycling carts.
