PukeGreen: You and I, our City, and our World

What is pukegreen? It's the rather gross but indeed appropriate name for a recently born Toronto blog that has caught my attention and made me a daily reader. Gary, the deeper thinker at the keyboard, is a lot like you and I. He's been stuck in traffic on the 401, complained about gas prices, and has wondered if organic food is healthier and if one day Manhattan will be under water. Part of his self-described "normal life" involves thinking out loud on issues such as peak oil, climate change, and government policy (amongst other equally important environmental issues). Without preaching, Gary touches on global issues with a local flavour - and he does this very well. If you share (or don't share) the view that we are destroying our planet and that continuing to deny this reality won't lead to a solution, consider checking out his blog and joining in on the discussions. An RSS feed is also available.
