Chairs on Shaw

A gathering of chairs has mysteriously appeared on Shaw St. between Queen and Argyle. They're all deliberately placed, curved around the trees in the middle of the street. There's a green marking spray-painted on each of the seats. The marking looks familiar, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Anyone recognize it?
