Just cruising around random websites and happened upon Luigi Di Serio's homepage. He holds a degree in regional and urban planning so I guess he's more qualified than most when it comes to judging pretty cities. Di Serio has placed our very own Toronto as #7 in his selection of the top skylines in the world. Though I completely agree with his choice for #1, I was rather surprised at his choice for #2.

Those who have a coronary over every new condo tower being erected in the city are advised not to look at the linked pictures...
