Artisan Gift Fair at the Tranzac Club in the Annex

Lots to See, Touch and Buy at Tranzac's Artisans' Gift Fair

Out gift shopping this weekend, I stumbled upon the Artisans' Gift Fair at the Tranzac Club.

The fair, which is on again December 15-16, is free to attend and features dozens of artists, crafters, knitters, jewellers, designers, etc, all showcasing their hand-crafted creations while making the Tranzac a really cozy place to hang out on a winter afternoon.

I spent an hour browsing cards, books, underwear, jewellery and even sock monkeys. At the end of it all, I'd managed to cross four people off my Christmas list and pick up a few nice cards in the process.

One of my favourite finds was this satin bracelet ($5) by Danielle Ker of
