From Leafs to Raps in Less Than Three Minutes

Between hockey games, basketball games, and countless other events, the Air Canada Centre is a pretty busy place. If you've ever wondered what happens to the ice, how the basketball court is assembled, and where all those extra seats come from, there's a film by videographer Bernard Weil you'll probably want to watch.

His video, recorded last December between a Leafs and Raps game, shows a crew of 18 men working at the conversion for 8 hours, which is about the amount of time it takes for the hangover from those twelve-dollar beers to kick in. The three-minute video is available on The Star's website and it can be viewed as a medium-bandwidth Flash movie or a high-definition Quicktime clip.
