indonesian food festival Toronto

Toronto is getting an Indonesian food festival

Mark your calendars people, Toronto is back with another food festival. This time, we’re going all the way to Southeast Asia and bringing you a slice of Indonesian heaven.

The Indonesian Food Festival is back for another year filled with Indonesian food vendors, traditional music, dance performances and much more.

The festival will feature food such as beef rendang and satay. There will also be artistic traditions from 300 various ethnic tribes.

Traditional dance and music performances will also be featured, such as the Saman Dance to the Angklung sound and a fashion show for those who love everything style and more.

Did you know that Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world, with over 17,000 islands present? Me neither!

Head to the information booth that talks about the world's biggest archipelago and its sightseeing spots, along with all the experiences Indonesia has, to learn more about everything the country has to offer.

The festival will be on Sept. 24, at Yonge-Dundas Square, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
