toronto flight cancellations

The Toronto airport is a total nightmare as hundred of flights cancelled

Snow storms are great for students, but bad for travellers.

Hundreds of flights out of Toronto Pearson International Airport are being cancelled or seriously delayed on account of today's snow storm.

At 9 a.m. this morning, 219 of 695 departing flights were cancelled, with another 18 being delayed and counting.

Another several hundred arriving flights were cancelled or delayed, as well.

Air Canada announced early this morning that customers could change their travel plans with the online re-booking functions without a financial penalty.

Air travellers are being told to confirm their flight status, and to be prepared in case of delay or cancellation.

If you're travelling to someplace warm and your flight is cancelled, I truly feel for you. Good luck out there, Toronto.
