Spring has officially arrived in Toronto. And even if it still looks and feels rather wintry out there, a closer examination of the city reveals plenty of signs that we've put the worst of winter behind us. It was a beautiful but frigidly cold season, so it's understandable that we're all keen to make note of even the most cautious first signs that warmer weather is on the way.
